All sales are final. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund. Orders cancelled earlier my receive a credit at my discretion. No refunds once orders are prepared or delivered. Please contact immediately with issues.

At Kat's Kreation's, we provide tailored quotes for every event.Upon agreement to secure the event date and deposit is received, you have agreed to the policies below. Please review and upon verbal or written agreement you will be asked if you have read these policies and agree to them.
Deposits: A 25% deposit secures your date, with final payments due on the event day. No Later. Payment must be received before set up is completed or upon delivery.
Delivery: charges apply.
Costs for multiple day events:
Cancellations by the client: Cancellation fee will be required. 60% of remaining balance and MUST be paid immediately. Unless there is death/loss of a loved one. Cancellations must be communicated promptly.
